We recommend wearing comfortable sports clothing and shoes that allow you to move freely and that you don’t mind getting sweaty.

Is this workout safe for people with any health conditions?

The group workout is catered for individuals of all fitness levels, including those who have not exercised in a while. The exercises can be scaled to your level.

If you have health condition concerns, just let one of our trainers know.

What fitness level is this session for?

This session welcomes everyone, from absolute beginners to intermediate fitness levels.

Is there water nearby?

Yes, participants are welcomed to use our gym facilities during the workshop – including the water station, toilets, and towels.

What kind of workout is it?

Experience the perfect mix – building a solid foundation with bodyweight exercises and finishing up with a fun group HIIT session.
